The 360 Photo Booth is designed to produce motion panoramic photos and videos from every angle. It allows you to easily control the speed (+/-) and rotate clockwise/counterclockwise using a button remote controller. Yes, we offer a 10% military discount. However, please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other offer.

Placing a rental order is easy:

  1. Visit our rentals page on our website.
  2. Browse our collection and select “Book Now” for the items you wish to rent.
  3. Fill out the information form to tell us a bit about your occasion.
  4. Once you complete the form, you will be directed to our booking website, where you can choose the rental date and time.
  5. Confirm the date, and one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours to finalize details, provide a contract, and arrange for payment.

We offer our services in a variety of cities and areas. We are willing to travel up to 200 miles in any direction from our base location to accommodate your needs. However, please note that travel fees will be applicable for destinations beyond a 45-mile radius. For locations within a 45-mile radius, there will be no additional charges. Outside of this 45-mile radius, there will be a per-mile travel fee of 40 cents, which is non-refundable.

The client assumes full responsibility for any damages, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the event or while the equipment is in their possession. In the case of damages, loss, or theft resulting from accident, misuse, negligence, or actions beyond ordinary wear and tear, the client shall be liable for the full cost of replacement or repair of the damaged equipment. Olympic City Party Rentals will provide an itemized invoice detailing the cost of replacement or repair.

We have a no-refund policy. Once a rental order is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for canceled orders. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event your event gets canceled, your deposit may be transferable, subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to reschedule due to event cancellation, you must do so within 30 days of your original event day, and the new scheduled date must be within 6 months from the date of the original event. Additionally, your deposit can be applied towards any rental provided it aligns with our availability.
